It's Raining Gifts :: Who Thought Rain Could Be This Good?

Regal Gifts Corporation has threatened a select few Regal Greetings and Gifts Independent Representatives, the operators of YourRegalRep included, who were selling Regal Greetings products on the Internet with legal action. We have been selling on the Internet since January 2005, with direct permission from Regal Greetings and Gifts as they originally were as well as with verbal permission from the current company. We do not understand the new stance Regal Gifts Corporation has taken with us as an Independent Representatives doing business via ecommerce and are even more confused that they haven't taken this same stance with all Regal Greetings and Gifts "Independent" representatives. 

Apparently the new Regal company has a copyright issue with the word "regal" and refused to let us, an independant Regal representative, use the term Regal Gifts or Regal Greetings and Gifts to sell their product. Although we were constantly having issues with Regal Greetings (as in poor customer service at the call center level, never getting product, getting product months later, getting poor quality products, always being sold out and/or not getting valid credits) we were selling large volume and decided to continue doing so until we were abruptly threatened with legal action. We were no longer able to use the word "regal", use the business cards the former Regal Greetings and Gifts awarded us for large sales and sell to our customers therefore they made it impossible to sell Regal Greetings and Gifts items as an "independent representative". Most of these issues were promised to be resolved more than one year ago and yet I still see/ hear many complaints regarding late orders and poor shipping/ quality. We were not impressed with the way Regal Greetings ended our relationship with them but are thankful that it is over and that we no longer dealing with the issues of the new company.

We have thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of our customers we have had the pleasure of serving.  Let us know how you feel about this change of policy or of any issues you're having with the "new and improved" Regal Greetings and we'll be more than happy to pass your complaints along to the president of Regal Greetings, Greg Neath.
