No longer having to deal with clients complaining about not receiving their product? Not having to track one item down or follow up for a refund? No more wasted time following up on something that should have been delivered months before?  All our issues went away when we were forced to stop dealing with Regal Greetings and Gifts and we couldn't be in a better position for their harsh decision and irrational threats.

I was finally able to find the time and put for my effort into publishing a children's book called Sending You Sammy as well as find a company that treats their independent representatives with respect and offers freedom, thousand's of terrific products and shipping to the USA! It wasn't long after Regal Greetings and Gifts took their action against us that we were thriving with a new company and making our thousand's of customers happy - something you do easily when you have fantastic products that are delivered within a reasonable time and brilliant customer service to back it up.

Everything happens for a reason, even if we have to wait a period of time to realize why it happened we can only grow from our mistakes and the mistakes of others.
